Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons Manuka Honey

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds or chopped nuts (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the Manuka Honey until well combined.

  2. Take a glass or a bowl, start layering the ingredients. Begin with a spoonful of the honey yogurt mixture at the bottom.

  3. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.

  4. Follow with a layer of mixed berries.

  5. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or bowl.
