A calming and natural mist designed to promote deep relaxation and restful sleep. Spray it on your pillow, bedding, or pulse points before bedtime for a soothing nighttime ritual.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) distilled water – serves as the base and dilutes the oils. 
- 10 drops Manuka oil – known for its antibacterial and calming properties. 
- 5 drops lavender essential oil – promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety. 
- 3 drops sandalwood essential oil – enhances mental clarity and deepens relaxation. 
- 1 tsp witch hazel – helps disperse the oils in water and extends shelf life. 
Instructions:
- Prepare the bottle – Use a small, dark glass spray bottle (30-50 ml) to protect the essential oils from light. 
- Mix the ingredients – Add distilled water and witch hazel to the bottle. 
- Add the essential oils – Drop in Manuka oil, lavender oil, and sandalwood oil. 
- Shake well – Secure the lid and shake the bottle thoroughly to mix the ingredients. 
- Let it sit – Allow the mist to settle for a few hours before first use to let the oils blend properly. 
How to Use:
- Shake well before each use.
