Onuku Ltd is a license holder of the Unique Mānuka Honey Association UMF® grading system. Having the UMF® logo on our Mānuka Honey certifies that it is genuine Mānuka Honey. The number/ rating on the logo represents the unique signature compounds characteristic of this honey which ensure purity and quality. These include: the key markers of Leptosperin, DHA and Methylglyoxal.

halal certification

Onuku limited is certified to hold the Halal certificate that is issued by the Muslim authority, The Federation of Islamic Association of New Zealand (Inc). Our honey is certified that is fulfils the requirements demanded by Islamic Law for its consumption by the Muslim populations.

non-gmo project

The Non-GMO Project is a mission-driven nonprofit organisation dedicated to building and protecting a non-GMO food supply in the USA. They do this through consumer education and outreach programs; marketing support provided to Non-GMO Project Verified brands; and training resources and merchandising materials provided to retailers. Onuku Limited obtained our Non-GMO project status for our USA consumer’s and are proud to display the logo on our products.

Fernmark project

The Silver Fern is one of New Zealand's most recognised, long-standing, and respected national symbols. Maori hunters and warriors would use the silver underside of the fern leaves to find their way. When bent over, the fronds would catch the moonlight and illuminate a path through the forest. Today, the Silver Fern is still guiding the way, just as it has for over 150 years.
