Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink.

  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve with rice or noodles.
