Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve with rice or noodles.
