🍐 Ingredients (1–2 servings):
1 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
1.5 cups water
1 tsp fresh grated turmeric (or 1/2 tsp ground)
1/2 tsp grated ginger (optional for warmth)
Juice of 1/4 lemon (optional)
1 tbsp Manuka honey

Simmer the base:
In a small saucepan, add the chopped pear, water, turmeric, and ginger. Simmer over low heat for 10–15 minutes, until the pear is soft and the liquid is golden.Blend and strain (optional):
Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain for a clear tonic or keep the fiber for a thicker drink.Add honey and lemon:
Let the liquid cool slightly (below 40°C/104°F), then stir in the Manuka honey and lemon juice.Serve:
Enjoy warm, or chill and serve over ice as a cold immunity drink.
